Important RNC Midterm Convention Information

 There are TWO (2) groups with different instructions:

GROUP #1 — GOP EXPRESS

If you have NOT been notified by the organizer, please take the following GOP Express:

Scheduled Shuttle Time: 12:30 PM CT

The GOP Express will drop guests directly at the main security checkpoint for U.S. Secret Service screening.

Please allow ample time for both transportation and security screening.

 GROUP #2 — HILTON ANATOLE

September 9: Please meet at the 

Hilton Anatole by 

1:00 PM CT.

Please bring your Blue Bracelet with you.

September 10: Please meet at the 

Hilton Anatole between 

1:30 PM - 2:00 PM CT.

Please bring your Blue Bracelet with you.

Please Remember:

• Keep your credential with you at all times.
• Do not lose or share your credential.
• Do not post or share photographs of your credential on social media or anywhere online.

All attendees must be in their seats no later than 3:0 PM CT on each Convention Day. 

Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we strongly encourage everyone to arrive and be seated as early as possible.

Doors Open: 1:30 PM CT

Opening Block Programming: 3:00 PM CT

Please arrive TV-ready and event-ready. The requested attire is business casual with a patriotic flair. Navy, red, and blue are encouraged, with less emphasis on white.

Women: Jeans and blazers are welcome. Please do not wear tank tops, short skirts, or shorts.

Men: Jeans, blazers, cowboy hats, and cowboy boots are welcome. Please do not wear suits or ties.

Most importantly, please be comfortable. There may be periods of extended standing, so comfortable shoes are strongly encouraged. We will accommodate anyone who needs to sit or cannot stand for an extended period.

An approved clear bag is provided for each attendee for use during the Convention. While attendees may use another clear bag, it is strongly recommended that you use the provided bag to ensure compliance with the venue’s approved specifications. Non-clear bags will not be permitted inside the venue.

Please do not bring purses, backpacks, clutches, luggage, crossbody bags, fanny packs, duffel bags, computer bags, drawstring bags, or bags with features that conceal their contents. All personal items must fit inside the clear bag we provide.

 Prohibited items include aerosols, ammunition, animals other than service or guide animals, balloons, bicycles, coolers, drones, explosives, firearms, flammable liquids, Flipper Zero devices, glass, thermal, or metal containers, laser pointers, mace or pepper spray, packages, Pineapple Wi-Fi routers, range finders, Raspberry Pi-enabled devices, recreational motorized mobility devices, selfie sticks, signs or placards, structures, supports for signs or placards, toy guns, weapons of any kind, and any other item determined to be a potential safety hazard.

For the first time, Republicans are convening a midterm convention to celebrate the accomplishments of President Donald J. Trump, showcase the strength of the Republican Party and its slate of candidates, and unite Americans around a bold vision for the future.

This unprecedented event will serve as a national celebration of American exceptionalism, freedom, opportunity, and prosperity.
